We need your help!

Friends of South Walton Sea Turtles (FOSWST) is dedicated to sea turtle conservation. Our primary goal is to expand existing awareness and education to protect and support sea turtles and sea life on the beaches of Walton County, Florida.

We strive to uphold our mission through two areas of education:

1. Educational programs for school children in Walton County and adult community programs throughout the year.

2. Visitor education on our beaches and in our community.

The Volunteers Beach Ambassador (VBA) Program is one part of our multi-pronged approach to furthering our mission of promoting sea turtle conservation through awareness and education.

We are seeking volunteers to promote Sea Turtle conservation through awareness and education for our beachgoers, at special events and fundraisers, via material distribution throughout Walton County, teaching in schools, community outreach, and much more.
